Indeed our line of work is unique and is since it caters to those who demand absolute perfection, the individuals chosen must be driven towards success while being keenly interested in who they serve.

Our hiring process starts with our initial training period that involves intense study in aircraft identification, airfield, chemical, and aircraft safety procedures. Following this, each team member is given hands on training under the tutelage of a trainer who reinforces basic and intermediate techniques while ensuring each team member is developing the the mental agility needed to handle any situation on any aircraft type. This training ensures that each team member is not only trained to be problem solver, they are trained to work in coordination with each client to unlock their needs and desires.

After passing this initial training period, each team member is placed into their location and begins working immediately where further learning of advanced techniques such as aluminum brightwork and paint sealants are taught.

In addition to the above, every Immaculate Flight team member upon hire becomes a participant in the company’s DOT Drug Screening Program and is subject to random screenings throughout the year. These screening not only provide for quality team members in every location, they also provide each and every client complete peace of mind that they’ve chosen the most professional aircraft cleaning company in the industry.
